Internet Safety Resources for Students

The book Kathy has been using is Safe Practices for Life Online A Guide for Middle and High School by Douglas Fodeman, & Marje Monroe. It is written for parents and teachers, but it has a lot of good information to share with students.

Children Online, http://childrenonline.org/ is the web site "Devoted to the safety of children and teens online" started by Doug Fodeman and Marje Monroe. They are from this area and work diligently to keep up on all of the online/technology issues that might endanger kids.
